Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer (GenAI Core) to help set technical direction for its AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design, delivery, and evolution of the GenAI Core platform
• Own and evolve service architecture, APIs, and integration contracts
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives and act as a trusted technical partner

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining reliable backend systems
• Proven track record in building and operating shared platform components
• Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals
• Experience with API design and integrating external systems
• Familiarity with observability practices in production systems
