Staff Engineer for Releases

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer - Releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the release architecture and core data model, ensuring extensibility for progressive delivery capabilities
• Build and scale tools and systems to solve complex technical challenges related to performance and reliability
• Lead technical direction, investigate issues, and share knowledge across teams to drive engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in production environments at scale, ideally with Go, Ruby on Rails, or similar languages
• Experience designing event-driven or audit-log systems, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with CD systems and progressive delivery patterns
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, or other infrastructure-as-code tools is a plus
