Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Full-Stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable services and APIs integrating with AI systems
• Optimize database queries and service performance
• Mentor junior engineers and lead complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building web services or full-stack applications
• Strong hands-on experience in Ruby/Rails, TypeScript/Node, Python, or similar backends
• Deep understanding of APIs and PostgreSQL with performance tuning experience
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term technical investments
• Some knowledge of AI/ML is desired; experience with LLMs or AI-driven toolchains is highly desirable
