Key Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy and define the architecture for Identity's core systems
• Lead the development of new platforms and systems, transitioning from hosted-UI to headless-API solutions
• Drive cross-functional alignment, collaborating with various teams to ensure Identity's abstractions meet product needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a strategic technical leadership role
• Experience leading engineering teams focused on API design or developer products
• Proven track record of delivering solutions that drive business growth
• Experience with a range of software languages and frameworks, including Ruby, Typescript, and Python
• Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment and make confident technical decisions
