Staff Engineer (.NET)

Job Summary

Driving system design and architectural direction, the full-time Staff Engineer (.NET) will lead the migration of legacy PHP systems to a cloud-native architecture on .NET, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions while collaborating across multiple teams in a flexible working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve system architecture to ensure scalability, resilience, and maintainability
• Lead cross-team design initiatives and technical discovery workshops to shape requirements into scalable solutions
• Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and maintain documentation for engineering projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Typically 12+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale, distributed systems
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET/C# and hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and MySQL
• Demonstrated experience leading the migration of legacy systems to modern frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools
