Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and address high-leverage problems in eligibility, claims, billing, or payer workflows
• Connect technical work to patient, operational, and business outcomes
• Build tools to enhance efficiency for non-engineering teams and simplify complex workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in shipping production software or equivalent high-impact experience
• Strong fluency with Ruby on Rails and modern TypeScript
• Solid relational database experience, including schema design and data modeling
• Experience integrating with external APIs in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously on ambiguous, cross-functional problems
