Staff Engineer (React)

Job Summary

Leading the front-end architecture for a critical CRM modernization project, the full-time Staff Engineer (React) will oversee technical direction across multiple squads, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems while engaging hands-on with APIs and backend services in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the front-end architecture and make high-impact technical decisions for the CRM modernization effort
• Define API contracts and integration standards while collaborating with backend engineers to facilitate front-end delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape requirements and maintain engineering standards across squads

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of front-end software development experience with deep expertise in React and TypeScript
• Proven experience leading front-end migrations or rewrites in coexistence with legacy systems
• Strong background in defining API contracts and collaborating with backend teams
• Experience in fast-paced delivery environments with tight deadlines across multiple squads
• Expert-level proficiency in front-end architecture and integration with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
