Staff Engineer - Regulatory Technology

Job Summary

Staff Engineer - Regulatory Technology is a full-time position responsible for developing technology solutions that ensure compliance with various regulatory frameworks and audit management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize technology solutions to support compliance with SOX, SOC, PCI, and other regulatory frameworks
• Collaborate with engineering teams and security architects to create audit-ready control environments and automate evidence collection
• Contribute to the development of compliance tooling, control processes, and metrics while ensuring alignment with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering or development experience with modern architectures
• 7+ years of technical project leadership experience in collaborative environments
• 5+ years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, or information security
• 5+ years of experience with audit methodologies and internal control frameworks applicable to cloud environments
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud security engineering and technical controls in cloud platforms
