Staff Engineer (Remote)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer / Senior Developer (Ruby, Elixir, Flutter).

Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide teams of developers, designers, and QA analysts to ensure project commitments are met
• Collaborate with project management to communicate project progress, challenges, and resource needs
• Mentor team members in product development processes and assist in pre-sales technical discovery and solution architecture

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in modern software development practices and technologies
• 7+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and Elixir, and 2+ years with Flutter or React Native
• 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
• 3+ years of experience in a consultancy environment
• Practical experience using AI tools to support software development
