Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer, HTS Foundations (100% Remote - Canada).

Key Responsibilities

• Design underlying patterns for booking flows and multi-tenant configurations
• Define the technical vision for distributed systems in Scala, ensuring robust and maintainable patterns
• Lead the evolution of the platform to support configuration over customization for seamless partner deployments

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
• Experience in developing distributed systems in Scala
• Ability to prioritize modularity and configuration in system design
• Strong understanding of the trade-offs in distributed system architecture
• Proven ability to balance long-term system health with speed of execution
