Staff Engineer Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and performant software systems
• Manage, mentor, coach, and grow a team of approximately four engineers
• Own project delivery end-to-end, collaborating with Product and Design partners

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 2-3 years managing engineers
• Staff-level technical depth with strong opinions on system design and code quality
• Experience with relevant tech stack or adjacent stacks (TypeScript, React, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage complex software projects and deliver impactful results
• A passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
