Job Summary

To tackle complex, high-impact engineering challenges, the full-time Staff Engineering Lead will manage a small team of engineers, focusing on developing reliable systems for payroll calculations and money movement while working in a remote or hybrid environment.

• Drive resolution of complex engineering problems and enhance system reliability
• Develop engineers into stronger owners and facilitate collaborative project management
• Engage with product and operations teams to define product behavior and clarify requirements
