Job Summary

Driving high-impact solutions for complex problems, the full-time Staff Engineering Lead will manage a small team of engineers, design scalable systems for payroll calculations and tax processes, and collaborate closely with product and operations teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.

• Develop engineers into stronger owners across changing areas of the business
• Collaborate with product and operations to define product behavior and clarify requirements

• Experience owning and delivering production systems end-to-end
• Experience leading and developing engineers
