Job Summary

To tackle complex, high-impact challenges, the full-time Staff Engineering Lead will drive solutions for money movement and tax calculations while managing a small team of engineers in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take on complex, high-impact problems and drive them to resolution
• Develop engineers into stronger owners across changing areas of the business
• Collaborate with product and operations to define product behavior and clarify requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering production systems end-to-end
• Experience leading and developing engineers
• Strong technical judgment and ability to simplify systems
• A track record of driving outcomes in ambiguous environments
