Job Summary

Driving high-impact solutions, the full-time Staff Engineering Lead will manage a small team of engineers, tackle complex problems related to payroll systems, and collaborate across product and operations in a remote or hybrid work environment.

• Develop engineers into stronger owners across changing areas of the business
• Collaborate with product and operations to define product behavior and clarify requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience owning and delivering production systems end-to-end
• Experience leading and developing engineers
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to simplify systems
• Track record of driving outcomes in ambiguous environments
