• 3+ years of experience managing team leads and/or engineering managers in a remote-first environment
• Solid technical background in areas such as Linux, scripting, or application security
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira for project management
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain technical leads and managers
• Comfort using AI tools for management tasks and communication
