Staff Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineering Manager to lead the development of an AI inference platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support the technical roadmap aligning with product goals and new technologies
• Facilitate cross-team communications and resolve conflicts for seamless integration across products
• Guide teams in designing scalable systems and champion experimentation for rapid iteration

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years' experience in Software Engineering or related field with production software coding experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience in coding languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
