Staff Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineering Manager, Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive department-wide conversations around technical issues and engineering practices
• Ensure the team builds architecturally consistent and high-quality software
• Coordinate with engineering and product leads to define and prioritize projects

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline
• Experience in maintaining and delivering production software coding in multiple languages (C, C++, C#, Java, etc.)
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in relevant fields, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship
