Job Summary

Leading a distributed team, the full-time Staff Engineering Manager will oversee the Cloud Security engineering team, focusing on reducing cloud security risks and enhancing security outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Cloud Security engineering team, establishing clear priorities and ownership
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define and execute a technical roadmap for cloud security initiatives
• Guide the design of scalable security systems and champion engineering excellence through automation and standardization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security analysis, cyber security, or related fields, or equivalent education and experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
