Staff Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the delivery of multiple engineering initiatives, the full-time remote Staff Engineering Program Manager will oversee project execution, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with company objectives in the cybersecurity SaaS domain.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of engineering initiatives to ensure efficient delivery
• Maintain a portfolio of initiatives that facilitate effective team integration
• Develop strategies for risk management, identifying and mitigating risks in engineering projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience as a technical program/project manager in Software Engineering or Cybersecurity
• Past experience in software development
• Knowledge of Cloud Software Engineering and Cybersecurity technologies
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
