Staff Enterprise Applications Developer

Job Summary

Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, workflows, and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years of experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
• Strong understanding of database systems, especially DB2
