Staff Enterprise Applications Developer

Job Summary

Experienced in IBM Maximo, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications, including building integrations with enterprise systems
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including integration frameworks and database systems
