Staff Enterprise Applications Developer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team focused on enterprise applications, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will analyze complex business challenges and develop solutions on the IBM Maximo platform, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, automation scripts, and reporting, while troubleshooting issues across applications
• Create validation documents, test plans, and execute test cases to ensure quality and maintain system documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including workflows and integration frameworks
• Experience with REST/JSON integrations and building complex BIRT reports
