Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide transformations, the full-time remote Staff Enterprise Data Architect will define the architectural vision for Oura's data ecosystem, advising executive leadership on technology strategy and ensuring data alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise architectural data vision to enhance organizational agility and innovation
• Advise on the roadmap for a unified data platform supporting advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases
• Establish rigorous data modeling, governance, and quality standards across the organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience at the Staff Enterprise level in a large organization
• Expertise in designing and implementing large-scale data transformations with a focus on AI governance
• Proven experience with modern data architectures and their application in analytics and reporting
• Hands-on experience in establishing data governance and quality standards across teams
• Demonstrated ability to translate business ideas into scalable data designs for senior stakeholders
