Staff ERP Application Engineer

Job Summary

To support the NetSuite ERP ecosystem, the full-time Staff ERP Application Engineer will serve as a lead technical architect and developer, focusing on architectural design, customization, and integration of NetSuite with an emphasis on financials, intercompany operations, and source-to-pay workflows, all while working remotely from the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex NetSuite engineering projects, including architectural design and SuiteScript coding
• Develop, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules, particularly in Fixed Asset Management, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable
• Architect and maintain integrations between NetSuite and procurement systems, ensuring streamlined accounting and supply chain operations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ERP development, with at least 7 years focused on NetSuite and SuiteScript
• Deep expertise in NetSuite architecture, particularly in financial modules and multi-subsidiary operations
• Proven experience in customizing NetSuite Fixed Asset Management and Accounts Payable processes
• Strong proficiency in SuiteCloud customization tools and Object-Oriented Programming languages like Java or Python
• Experience in compliance-driven environments, particularly with SOX and GDPR regulations
