Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve critical customer situations, ensuring high-quality support
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to troubleshoot issues and provide feedback
• Develop knowledge base articles and mentor team members to enhance professional development

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an escalation engineer in networking or web security
• Strong experience troubleshooting network and performance issues using various tools
• Expert knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP, HTTP, and DNS
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Unix, and FreeBSD operating systems
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent advanced certifications
