Key Responsibilities

• Support the evolution of the platform from a design perspective, ensuring brand and product consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services
• Provide indirect leadership and mentorship to designers and anticipate business challenges to create product solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a designer or design leader
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Experience in defining design direction and leading teams through the design process
• Ability to scope project work and manage timelines effectively
• Experience in designing platforms and systems, with a focus on both online and offline experiences
