Staff Firmware Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Firmware Engineer to design, implement, deliver, and support embedded firmware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop real-time embedded system firmware for complex machines
• Conduct requirements development, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of embedded firmware components
• Participate in design reviews and collaborate on hardware/software integration and testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
• 6+ years of experience in developing embedded software, hardware, or firmware
• Proficiency in C++ and/or C in an embedded development environment
• Experience with unit test and integration test methodologies
• Must have unrestricted work authorization for the US
