Passionate about using AI to enhance team productivity, the full-time Staff Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with various teams to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for AI integration, and build production systems that improve efficiency and outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with teams to gain insights into their operations and workflows
• Map current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for AI intervention
• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business results

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with backend or fullstack technologies such as Node.js, Kotlin, or Java
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with LLMs and agentic patterns, including prompt engineering and context management
• Ability to quickly adapt to new codebases and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
