Staff Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, AI will embed with various departments to understand their workflows, scope, design, and build full-stack custom applications, ensuring rapid delivery and adoption of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with functional departments to run discovery and understand workflows before coding
• Scope, design, and build full-stack custom applications using modern frameworks and AI tools
• Own the delivery process end-to-end, including architecture, testing, deployment, and training

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack application development
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js) and frontend capabilities
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and a solid understanding of APIs and integration patterns
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver real solutions
• Prior experience in a forward-deployed or solutions engineering role is preferred
