Staff Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, the successful candidate will rapidly design, architect, prototype, and deploy solutions to complex data and AI challenges while collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for cross-functional data and AI problems, defining architecture decisions and delivery approaches
• Utilize AI coding assistants for solution delivery, building custom plugins and redesigning data pipelines
• Design and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems to automate complex workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in customer-facing or embedded technical roles
• Strong software architecture background with the ability to design across varied tools and platforms
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and building custom plugins/skills
• Experience in deploying AI agents on AWS Bedrock AgentCore and implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers/clients
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including backend services, APIs, and front-end interfaces
