Staff Front End Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Front End Engineer to lead the front end vision for their core product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the front end technical lead for cross-functional, agile teams building high-impact web applications
• Drive architecture decisions and code standards to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend partners to translate ideas into delightful, accessible, and performant interfaces

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional front end development experience, with deep expertise of 3+ years in React
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks; React Native experience is a plus
• Proven experience leading or architecting complex, interactive applications end-to-end
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Track record of mentoring engineers and improving team culture and process
