Staff Front End Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the front end vision for one of the core product teams, the fully remote Staff Front End Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable user experiences, drive architecture decisions, and mentor other engineers in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the front end technical lead for agile teams developing high-impact web applications
• Drive architecture decisions and establish code standards for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to create accessible and performant interfaces

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional front end development experience, with 3+ years specifically in React
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks; React Native experience is a plus
• Proven experience leading or architecting complex, interactive applications
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience mentoring engineers and enhancing team culture
