Staff Front End Engineer

Job Summary

Driving cross-team collaboration and best practices, the full-time Staff Front End Engineer will architect and scale a modern frontend ecosystem using React, TypeScript, and Vue, while building critical UI systems for internal customers in a hybrid or fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of web tooling and visualization to enhance feedback loops for machine learning engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tooling with real-world workflows and ensure timely project deliveries
• Establish and promote standards for performance, scalability, and maintainability in frontend development

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
• Experience with Vue and a strong product sense focused on user experience
• Ability to work autonomously and drive development initiatives with minimal oversight
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to mentor other engineers
• Well-established technical design and documentation habits
