Staff Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer on the RiskOS team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the frontend architecture, frameworks, and design systems for large-scale applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while driving engineering best practices across teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical roadmaps and ensure seamless integration across systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building modern web applications with TypeScript and React
• Experience in leading large-scale frontend systems, including architecture and performance
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers into technical leaders
• Expertise in design systems and reusable component libraries
• Experience with cloud-native environments and modern deployment practices
