Staff Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Frontend Software Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive projects from idea to release, including scoping, technical design, implementation, and deployment
• Write and review technical specifications for features to ensure performance and scalability
• Mentor the team through pair programming and pragmatic code reviews

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, REST, GraphQL, and CI/CD Automation
• Experience managing complexity across multiple applications and shared systems
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog
• Strong background in test-driven development and building reliable, scalable systems
