Staff Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the technical direction of their frontend platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the React micro-frontend platform and make critical scaling decisions
• Drive the evolution of the design system and ensure a seamless migration from legacy UI libraries
• Mentor engineers and set frontend engineering standards for the organization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in senior or staff-level frontend roles
• Deep expertise in React 18/19, TypeScript, and modern component architecture
• Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
• Strong command of Tailwind CSS and utility-first styling
• Hands-on experience with micro-frontend architectures and leading large-scale frontend migrations
