Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer - LATAM (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction of the React micro-frontend platform and make critical architectural decisions
Drive the evolution of the design system and ensure a seamless migration from legacy UI libraries to modern components
Mentor and elevate engineering standards across teams while delivering AI-native product experiences

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in senior or staff-level frontend roles
Deep expertise in React 18/19, TypeScript, and modern component architecture
Experience in building and maintaining design systems at scale
Strong command of Tailwind CSS and utility-first styling
Hands-on experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client, including large-scale frontend migrations
