Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the technical direction of their frontend platform.

Key Responsibilities

Own the frontend platform architecture and lead critical decisions for scaling the React micro-frontend platform
Drive the evolution of the design system, ensuring accessible and token-driven components
Lead the migration from legacy UI libraries to a modern frontend design system

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in senior or staff-level frontend roles
Deep expertise in React 18/19, TypeScript, and modern component architecture
Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
Strong command of Tailwind CSS and utility-first styling
Hands-on experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client federation
