Staff Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead the architecture and evolution of user-facing experiences across its platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale frontend applications across web and mobile
• Define and enforce frontend best practices, including performance optimization and maintainability
• Mentor junior frontend engineers and influence technical direction across multiple product areas

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development
• Bachelor's degree required; CS or technical degree preferred
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, especially React
• Experience architecting and scaling complex frontend applications and systems
• Familiarity with mobile development (React Native or similar) is a plus
