Staff Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

To set the technical foundation for frontend architecture across web and mobile, the fully remote Staff Frontend Engineer will lead the evolution of design systems, tooling, and developer experience while ensuring high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Set the technical vision and long-term architectural direction for the frontend platform using React and React Native
• Design and evolve shared foundations, including component libraries and build tooling, while driving improvements in developer experience
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design GraphQL APIs and contribute to backend services as needed

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on frontend engineering
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling, with experience in React Native preferred
• Proven track record in designing and scaling frontend platforms and shared component libraries
• Strong knowledge of GraphQL and the ability to contribute to backend services using Python (Django/Flask)
• Experience improving developer experience and CI/CD processes for frontend codebases
