Staff Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and evolution of user-facing experiences, the full-time remote Staff Frontend Engineer will design and deliver large-scale frontend applications while defining best practices and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large scale frontend applications across web and mobile
• Define and enforce frontend best practices, including performance optimization and maintainability
• Mentor junior front end engineers and influence technical direction across multiple product areas

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or a technical field
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, especially React
• Experience architecting and scaling complex frontend applications and systems
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and frontend architecture patterns
