Job Summary
Leading the architecture and evolution of user-facing experiences, the full-time Staff Frontend Engineer will design and deliver large-scale frontend applications while establishing best practices and collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale frontend applications across web and mobile
- Define and enforce frontend best practices, focusing on performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainability
- Mentor junior frontend engineers and influence technical direction across multiple product areas
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development
- Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for a CS or technical degree
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, especially React
- Experience architecting and scaling complex frontend applications and systems
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and frontend architecture patterns
