Staff Frontend Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a cutting-edge dental practice management solution, the full-time Staff Frontend Software Engineer will own the frontend technical roadmap, lead major feature releases, and integrate AI tools, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the frontend technical roadmap, making critical decisions on state management and component libraries
• Lead the release of major frontend features and ensure a seamless production lifecycle for dental practices
• Architect and oversee integration between the Java Spring Boot backend and React/TypeScript frontend for high performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience as a frontend engineer, with expertise in React and TypeScript
• Extensive experience managing releases and monitoring frontend health in a production environment
• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools to enhance development velocity
• Strong focus on testing, stability, and performance to maintain a reliable platform for users
