Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer (Developer Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build developer tools, frameworks, and infrastructure for rapid software development
• Lead technical decisions around AI tooling and developer workflows while mentoring engineers
• Identify and eliminate friction points in the development process to enhance team velocity

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on scalable, production systems
• 3+ years of experience in Developer Experience or Platform Engineering
• Strong AWS Cloud experience and architectures
• Hands-on experience with deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of complex web applications
• Proven track record of enabling team velocity and quality through technical leadership
