• 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks like wallet integrations and dApp development
• Familiarity with DeFi primitives and modern frontend/backend technologies
• Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle and a security-first mindset
• Experience in building scalable, reliable, and observable distributed systems
