Staff Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Full Stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end full-stack features with a strong front-end focus, delivering user-centric experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and own the full software lifecycle design, build, test, and operate
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining high code quality

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, specializing in UI development and scalable front-end architecture
• Proficient in TypeScript/Angular and prior experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL
• Highly motivated to learn about agentic applications and LLM applications
• Proven ability to work closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
