Staff Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff-to-Principal Full-Stack Engineer (Team Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build product features for self-service reporting, configuration, and plan management
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces using React/Next.js and maintain backend services for analytics and integration
• Transition into team/tech lead responsibilities, including mentoring engineers and overseeing technical direction

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with modern TypeScript frontend applications
• Experience architecting solutions in React or Next.js
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and at least one analytical data store, preferably BigQuery
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers, either formally or informally
