Staff Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical partner for the Surveys squad, translating complex product needs into technical plans
• Design, build, and maintain full stack features and systems for survey administration and insights
• Identify opportunities for AI integration to improve workflows and collaborate with Data Science teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience at the Senior or Staff level
• Strong full stack experience, particularly with Ruby on Rails and modern front-end frameworks (preferably Vue.js)
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from design through production
• Pragmatic interest in applying AI thoughtfully to enhance user value and system health
• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and define clear technical paths forward
