Staff Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Labs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own experiments end-to-end, including shaping hypotheses, defining success criteria, building, shipping, measuring, and iterating
• Build full-stack product experiences in a mature Typescript monorepo
• Contribute to architectural decisions and define a repeatable framework for experimentation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience shipping customer-facing web products across the stack
• Proven ownership of ambiguous, high-impact problems from concept through deployment
• Product engineering instincts with the ability to define problems and prioritize value
• Experience in a remote, asynchronous work environment
• A builder mentality with a self-directed approach to learning in new domains
